Lead the development of and set the standard for excellence in food and beverage operations, customer service and financial returnDevelop accurate and aggressive long and short-range financial objectives to meet and/or exceed projected goalsReview financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement to determine areas needing cost reduction, expense control and program improvementServe as a leader and role model creating working environments that reinforce our companys service based culture, where employees feel inspired to deliver exceptional experiences for all guestsActively involved with recruiting, hiring, and developing team members in support of building and maintaining a strong bench for future growthRecognize, motivate and celebrate individuals and teams delivering outstanding performanceDefine and implement key performance indicators and metrics, drive improvement initiatives and encourage a culture of excellence, efficiency, innovation, and customer servicePartner with the Business Development group to successfully develop and execute the companys division expansion plansProduce new and innovative ideas/strategies that will maximize our current portfolio of food and beverage operations to their highest service and culinary potential, which will in turn drive increases in sales, revenue and efficiencyProvide guidance and leadership to direct and indirect food and beverage leaders by defining priorities, identifying improvement opportunities and fostering a commitment to the companys values and vision to ensure a culture that promotes growth and developmentReview, recommend, and standardize prices and budgetary allotments regarding food, beverage and labor costsPartner with senior leaders to execute and ensure the consistent delivery of best-in-class experiences (food and beverage, catering event and OneLodge operations) in all venuesMinimum 10 years of progressively responsible Operations leadership in a multi-unit restaurant company or hospitality businessSubstantial experience in the design, construction, and opening of new restaurantsKnowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesKeen understanding and knowledge of the restaurant industry, with an exceptional aptitude for restaurant operationsAdvanced financial acumen and business development skills, to include significant P&L experienceEngaging and motivating leader, compelled to lead by example and drive for strong resultsAccustomed to working on high-growth or developing brands with a history of cultivating meaningful solutions and strength in identifying growth opportunitiesExtensive expertise in formulating, implementing and executing business plansLeadership strength in building, inspiring and motivating teamsHighly skilled in identifying, cultivating and developing talentDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively across business and multi-functional teams, developing strong business relationships and partnershipsStrong interpersonal, analytical and decision-making skillsAbility to travel as necessary to support current and future growthProficient with all Microsoft application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Bachelors degree in Business, Operations/Hospitality Management or other related discipline requiredMBA or advance degree preferredServSafe certification a plus
